Hello pretty lady,
I get so excited whenever I get a newsletter from you and then I look at every part of your website again to check up on you. You are doing things right now that are so new and so exciting and so wonderfully DIFFERENT from life back in the States. It sounds like you are enjoying people of every age group- your "family", your students, the kids that follow you around, the dance lessons! How fun! I am certain that while your stories are often exciting and joy-filled, there are difficult times as well. It is good to hear that you are embracing those hard times and learning who to lean on when you are struggling. I am so proud of you for what you are doing and I know that many people will be blessed because of you. Stay well, stay strong, and know that many over here in the States are praying for you and loving you!
Much love, Melissa

Thank you Melissa, for your response. Oh, yes, there are always hard times. I think it is the most humbling when I realize that, although God has brought me this far, I did not leave all of my weaknesses and bad habits at home! Oh, no! They followed me to Africa, and he wants to prove himself strong in those. That is probalby the hardest thing, to let him show his faithfulness by getting out of the way and letting him work on my heart...or, maybe, like the suffering woman, getting close to him, and touching his garment to find that surge of healing and comfort that restores me to life. I hope teaching is going well! Love to you dear sister! -Christy
