Was thinking about you today and thought I'd let you know.
How goes the French? I had one semester of that in junior high and it was quickly apparent that I was never going to get the hang of it! I hope you're having much better success!
We're getting ready for Kid Connect, our new "beyond VBS" ministry. We want to make it more of a discipleship ministry -focusing on relationships between the children who come and Harderwyk adults, as well as centering our content on kid-generated questions (what's heaven like, what if I mess up, etc). I'm very excited about it and hope that it will turn out well.

Oh, Beth, "Kids Connect" sounds just wonderful! Is it a national program, or something you are piloting? It sounds fantastic either way. What a need it is to have children walked with and mentored and related to on a personal level. I see that here too, as my students deal with identity issues and wondering how they can find themselves in a world that doesn't really fit with home life, school, and social issues that they have in the SIL community.
